One of the best hotel stays!

I had a canny stay, like! The room was super clean and felt proper comfortable, and the gym looked tidy too. Just a shame there's no mini mart nearby for a quick snack. But overall, the staff were ace and made me feel right at home!

Chur, the rooms were clean as a whistle, but the check-in took a bit too long, kinda annoying, eh? Abeer was a gem, though, heaps helpful!

The staff delivered exceptional service, especially Abdullah at the front desk. The room was pristine and felt wonderfully comfortable. I enjoyed the splendid city view from my window, which added a special touch to my stay.

The room was very clean and spacious! The service from Abeer at the reception was exceptional. she went out of her way to help us with everything we needed.

The hotel's fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were both nice for relaxing. Plus, the breakfast had loads of options like fresh pastries and organic juices.

The Standard Room with Airport View was quite spacious and had a decent seating area, making it comfortable to relax after a long day. The flat-screen TV offered a good selection of channels—perfect for unwinding in the evenings.

Check-in was a bit disorganized as the system was down, leading to an awkward wait with no updates given. The faint smell of cigarettes lingered in the first room that I checked into enough to necessitate a move to a different room. The swimming pool was a letdown. it looked like it needed a good cleaning given the plastic wrappers floating around. the sauna was out of commission, and I had to figure out how to use the steam bath myself. Lastly, there's no mini market nearby, which made it difficult to grab quick snacks or essentials.
